Warranty

Free re-treatment every 5 years, for the life of your roof

We renew your roof once, then come back free every five years to re-treat it and keep it protected, for the lifetime of the roof. If it ever wears off early, we come back sooner at no charge.

The promise

We come back and re-treat it free every 5 years, for the life of your roof.

Limited founding offer for our first customers

No deductible. No labor fee. And if it wears off early, we come sooner. Transferable when you sell. In writing, before any work begins.

What's covered

Plain-English coverage

Free re-treatment every 5 years

On us, for the lifetime of the roof, as a limited founding offer for our first customers. We track the schedule and reach out before each visit is due, so there's nothing for you to remember or chase.

Covered if it wears off early

If the treatment wears off before your next free re-treatment is due, we come back sooner and re-apply it at no cost, both product and labor.

Product and application, warranted

Our soy rejuvenator carries its own 5-year product guarantee. We stand behind the SiO₂ seal and the way our trained crew applies both, covering the product and the workmanship.

Transferable, in writing

Your warranty is documented with your flat price and transfers to the next homeowner when you sell. A renewed, protected roof is a clear selling point.

How a claim works

Three simple steps

  1. 1

We track your re-treatment schedule and reach out before each free 5-year visit is due.

  2. 2

If you notice wear sooner, a quick call or message starts a claim, and we schedule a free drone inspection.

  3. 3

If it's covered, we re-apply Roof Renewal at no charge, both product and labor.

What isn't covered

Renewal is for aging-but-sound roofs, so the warranty doesn't cover:

  • Pre-existing damage, leaks, rot, or structural / roof-deck problems
  • Storm, hail, wind, impact, fire, or other casualty damage
  • Damage from foot traffic, other trades, antennas, or roof modifications after treatment
  • Roofs that were not approved candidates at the free inspection
  • Roofs that reach the genuine end of their structural life

We confirm your roof is a good candidate at the free inspection, and tell you if it isn't.
