How it works

5 simple but meticulous steps

No sales theatre, no upsell. A clear, careful process, from your free inspection to the walkthrough, documentation, and warranty.

The whole process in 30 seconds. No sound needed.

Why it works

A sound roof doesn't need replacing. It needs its oils back.

Asphalt shingles rarely fail all at once. They dry out. Years of sun, heat, and weather cook the oils out of the asphalt, so shingles turn brittle, shed their granules, and start letting water in.

Our renewal puts those oils back. A nano-hyper-emulsified penetrating Bio-oil rejuvenator soaks into the shingle and replaces what age has stripped out, then a SiO₂ ceramic sealer locks it in and sheds water for years. Most rejuvenation services stop after the first coat. We seal it.

Illustrative. The Bio-oil works into the shingle; the SiO₂ sealer then protects the surface.

    Step 01

    Drone inspection & before photos

We start with a drone inspection to check your roof's condition and confirm it's an aging-but-sound asphalt shingle roof that's right for renewal. We capture clear before photos so you can see where we start, then confirm your flat price in writing, with no obligation.

  2. A Laminar technician in a safety harness soft-washing a roof, clearing algae and weathering ahead of treatment.
    Step 02

Remove debris & algae, soft wash

We remove leaves, debris, and the algae and weathering that age a roof, soft washing the surface where it's needed. A clean surface lets the treatment bond and protect every shingle.

  3. Two Laminar technicians applying the Bio-oil rejuvenator and ceramic sealer to a roof with backpack sprayers.
    Step 03

    Rejuvenate, then seal

This is the renewal itself, in two coats. First we saturate the shingles with a nano-hyper-emulsified penetrating Bio-oil rejuvenator that soaks in and replaces the oils asphalt loses with age, which restores flexibility and water resistance. Then we add a SiO₂ ceramic sealer over the top: a clear, hydrophobic layer that locks it in, sheds water, and slows algae from returning. Most rejuvenation services stop after the first coat. We seal it.

    Step 04

    Reinspect & after photos

We finish with a second drone inspection to confirm full, even coverage, and capture after photos so you can see the result. You're left with a renewed roof, and we come back to re-treat it free every five years for the life of the roof.

    Step 05

    Walkthrough, documentation & lifetime warranty

We don't just pack up and leave. We walk the finished roof through with you and hand over a full before-and-after photo report for your records. Then we register your warranty in writing: free re-treatment every 5 years for the life of the roof, plus early-wear coverage. Insured and accountable, we put our name on every roof we touch and answer the phone long after the job is done.
