Quotes & pricing

Prices and savings shown online are illustrative estimates to help you plan. Your final, flat price is confirmed in writing after a free inspection of your specific roof. Replacement-cost figures are estimates for comparison only and vary by home; renewal is not a substitute for replacing a failed or end-of-life roof.

About our results claims

Roof renewal is designed to help restore shingle flexibility and water resistance and may extend the life of an aging but structurally sound asphalt roof, typically by about 6–10 years when properly applied. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; actual results vary with each roof's age, condition, and exposure. Renewal does not repair structural damage, leaks, rot, or missing shingles.

Warranty

Eligible renewals include free re-treatment every 5 years for the life of the roof, plus coverage if the treatment wears off early. See the warranty page for the full terms, coverage, exclusions, and how it works. The written warranty you receive with your price governs.

Financing

We offer in-house financing as a limited founding offer, subject to the terms, disclosures, and agreement provided before any work begins. Advertised financing features describe the program generally; your written agreement controls.

Before-and-after photos are of real projects. Written reviews shown may include representative examples; we publish verified customer reviews as we collect them.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Laminar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits the written warranty or rights you can't waive under law.
